Working in close partnership with the founders and clinical team, Mitzy played a pivotal role in translating the founders’ vision of a next-generation, longevity-focused clinic into a fully operational reality.

Ambitionz Ventures
Mitzy Maino collaborated with the executive team to build the internal infrastructure needed to support a rapidly scaling business. Work focused on designing and implementing clear, efficient Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments, including operations and customer service as well as developing onboarding and training materials to ensure new hires could integrate seamlessly into the company culture and expectations. By establishing structured communication flows and escalation pathways, Mitzy helped reduce bottlenecks, increase team accountability, and support long-term growth.
The initial request to build 250 websites became much bigger and now Ambitionz Ventures has publishing, apps and website departments.

Embracing the rebranding journey for FreshBed, Mitzy's focus was to pivot the brands towards crafting compelling narratives for the US market, resonating luxury, comfort, and innovation. Her task was to elevate their marketing collateral and showcase their unique, state-of-the-art sleep system.

Approached by a gym seeking website development, our discussions revealed a golden opportunity to innovate further.
We designed an all-encompassing iOS and Android app that digitized their entire operation.
